Does anyone know of a good source of Cottonwood Bark?

I would like to purchase some to try my hand at carving those whimsical houses as a change of pace.

I have never carved bark before but would like to give it a try.

I finally got my bark and tried a couple of carvings. I have posted pictures of my first two attempts. They are a lot of fun.

Another good resource is Art The Bark Guy at http://www.teriembrey.com/Olver.html. He has a wide variety, and good tips. He is a good friend of mine, so he should be a big help.

Thanks! I will give Art a call for my next batch of bark. Looked at the article you posted, he does some terrific work! Hope I can be that good eventually.
