Throughout history artists and sculptors (including woodcarvers)have been allowed to educate, encourage revolution, even put people to sleep but to make them laugh was looked down upon even though laughter is a pleasant and natural emotion. This is a group for folk who want to create and/or promote cartooning and caricature carving as legitimate art forms not to be looked down upon as second rate citizens.
