I started carving in 1989. I bought my first carving tools in Levenworth WA. It was a set of chiselsthat I found in a store that sold a few carving supplies. I always enjoyed working with wood, and I wanted to learn to carve....

I like Walnut, Basswood, Butternut, For hand carving.

I like relief carvung, also carving in the round.
Things that I like to carve are, Boots, Walking Sticks, Carticatures, Etc.. I Just enjoy carving to relax and have fun.
