Warning: self-reflective journal entry dead ahead. Read at your own risk. I will not be responsible for you falling asleep atop your keyboard...

I just had one of those "Oh! I get it!" moments.
     Don't you just love those?

The strange and the beautiful

I was just bumming around YouTube yesterday (something which is guaranteed to help me find ways to waste an awful lot of time), just looking for some videos that I might be able to learn something from, when I ran across some relief carving demonstrations by Scott McNeil. Well, it's the Sunday night before we officially open to the public, and I'm just sitting around going through all the lists in my head of what I need to do before The Big Day... lots!   Interviews to be uploaded, some website code to be fixed, emails to write, people to help....   All is well, but busy.  None of it will get done until I get back from vacation tomorrow, which is pretty much a travel day for me.
Get to "fly the friendly skies" again, courtesy of Sou... Read More
